FAQ
1. Do all teas cost the same?
Yes. We keep things simple with a single flat price across our tea range, so you can choose based on taste, not price.
2. What size do you sell your teas in?
All our loose-leaf teas are currently sold in 100 gram bags. It’s a great everyday size for regular tea drinkers.
3. Where is your tea sourced from?
Our teas are responsibly sourced from trusted growers in Australia and around the world. We work with reputable suppliers who meet food safety and ethical standards.
4. Why is your range different from supermarket tea?
We offer a much wider range of loose-leaf teas than you’ll typically find in supermarkets, including traditional, specialty, and harder-to-find blends, so you can explore beyond standard bagged tea.
5. Why do you sell loose-leaf tea, and how do I brew it?
Loose-leaf tea uses whole or larger tea leaves, which generally gives better flavour and aroma than standard tea bags. To brew, add about one teaspoon of tea per cup into our strainer, pour over hot water, let it steep for a few minutes, then remove and enjoy. You can purchase our tea strainer directly on our website.
6. How is the tea packaged?
Our teas come in resealable foil pouches that stand upright, help keep the tea fresh, and make it easy to scoop out exactly what you need.
7. How fresh is your tea?
We focus on freshness and careful handling so your tea hasn’t been sitting around for years. Proper storage at home will also help maintain flavour over time.
8. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We currently offer 10% off your order, automatically applied at checkout.
9. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
10. How long does shipping take and what options are available?
We ship using Australia Post, with both Standard and Express delivery options available at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
